Refund Policy

At Aadhya Kreators, every custom-made product is created specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized products unless the item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Refunds are not available for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Design or personalization approved by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen settings

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all products are personalized, returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- There is a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
